After nearly 10 years as a CEO it’s clearer than ever to me that almost everything we do is ultimately about making sure your customers are satisfied. Because if people like what you’re doing, they’ll give you their money – and if they don’t, they won’t.

However, a lot of companies I know really struggle with a lack of visibility on the customer experience. With data often being so spread out, it’s hard to build up a clear picture of customers’ behaviour and keep track of their interactions, gaining insight into what they want and need. That leaves those relationships fragile.
